I see that this has been brought up already, but there has been nothing from anyone at Profile whether or not we will see this form back in the software....
Almost a year later and the programmers at Intuit are either sleeping or not reliable. Version 2014.1.5 is still missing the form T2201. The work around currently is to manually fill in the information from the CRA website form: Disability Tax Credit Certificate
