Has anyone encountered an issue where you have completed form T1134 in the T2 module and tried to efile it only to get an issue where you get a kickback saying that "The T1134 form has not been completed. Please review the form and retry."
As some background this is for the post 2020 version of the form and the entity has a 100% interest in one dormant foreign affiliate. Therefore I have completed only the main T1134 body listing the dormant foreign affiliate under part D and have not completed any supplemental forms since there are not active FAs or CFAs to report.
Is Profile unable to efile a T1134 under these conditions or could I be doing something else wrong?
I also noticed that T2 box 271 indicating that a T1134 must be filed does not get filled out based on how I've completed the form. Nothing I can change on the Form T1134 seems to impact this until I create a T1134 Supplemental attachment and enter a name for the FA/CFA. Is it not possible to efile a T1134 without a supplemental attachment with profile?
