Followed the usual steps: check update within Profile & download the above version. Installation process stops at about 75% forever even force closed the software itself. Profile now shows V2019.5.1 but when try opening the data file, messages like "Exception EPrivilege in module comtl32.dll at 0002D603. Privileged instruction" & "Runtime errors 216 at 2D91F043" pop up & the program freezed. Why is this happens? Re-installing Profile will probably reset all the settings to default. Will 2019.5.2 coming very soon?
