Dependant Adjusted taxable income

Has anyone seen any issues with the calculation of dependants taxable income when transferring non-refundable tax credits to parents?  The system appears to be adding the income and personal exemption together and won't transfer any of the credits???  This is a problem!

I am having a similar issue on the Dependent Schedule. The employment income from a dependent is being added in both Net Income from Line 23600 and Split Income from Line 68360 boxes, even though there is nothing in box 68360 on form T1206 for the dependent.

It appears the program is picking up the total income from form T1206 instead of just the TOSI income in box 68360, which creates the situation where the employment income is being picked up twice on the Dependent schedule of the parent.

So solution would be??? Wait until form 1206 has been finalized?

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one that noticed this, thought I was going crazy!

I am currently overriding the numbers on the dependent schedule to clear the TOSI income to nil. But it looks like Intuit will have to fix it to make sure that box on the Dependent schedule is pulling from the correct box and getting just the TOSI income, not the total income.
