Intuit esignature

I purchase Intuit signature for 2023 tax season and wanted to do a test run with a client yesterday.

I got to the reminder settings/notification page and clicked next.

A blank page appeared and i couldn't go any further.

Please advise.

It does appear to be fixed today.

However, I ended up reaching out to sales and have a request in for a full refund.

I went with another e-signature provider.

Intuit esignature

I purchased Intuit signature for 2023 tax season on February 21st and did some test run. Please see attached the error on client's side. On the dashboard, it appeared 'authentication failed'.

Please advise.
