I'm not sure why printing takes longer now. Before was a lot faster, but now we have to wait for Generating file, then Sending to windows printer, and then extra step to confirm that it has been printed; all which are unnecessary. Will profile be fixing this issue as the previous method was better?
Also we get random errors when printing, more specifically with the T183 form not printing, so we have to go back and reprint it. The error is quite frequent, so is profile aware of this issue and working on it?
Hi Paul, some of the forms are now using FPS printing for T1 , this is documented here. It might be a little slower for this reason.
As per the T183 error, if you are still experiencing issue, please call the helplin 1-800-452-9970 and we can escalate the issue if needed.
Having similar issues printing the T-183 - all other forms print ok.
When printing on my laptop, the print job is aborted. When printing on the desktop, print job is aborted after the T-183 completes. If printing just the T-183, a window opens advising the print job is complete and you must acknowledge it before continuing with anything else.
Really causing problems with my business this year, having to return to the office to print one form !
I'm a 20 year client and NOT AT ALL happy this year with Intuit !!!!
Hi 24Canadian, the issue that you get seems to be causedd by ProfilePDFexport not installed properly. To be sure go to this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\ProFile\ProFile PDF Export and try running the install.exe program, if it fails, this is the issue.
