Yes, I have installed all updates
Working on December 31, 2020 and 2021 returns for client
When I print the 2020 return, I get a message saying some forms will not print. Please print them manually.
It is EVERY page of the return that does not print
Same thing with the 2021 return
This is the first time I have ever encountered this problem
As I was typing this message, I paused and opened the return of a client whose return I have printed in the past. This time, same message
Any suggestions?

Having the exact same issue, no printing of any kind (including PDF's) from T2 after installing latest update 2023.0.0
I'm having the same issue too, I cannot print any PDFs at all from the program. Obviously this isn't sustainable when you have clients you need to send documents to
Got through to Profile Support, they are aware of the issue, said a server was down and printing should be available tomorrow. Not sure how that relates to printing but I guess we will see.

I apologize for the printing issues in 2023.0.0 for T2, CO-17 and TP1. The issue is under high level investigation at this time. If you have not updated to 2023.0.0 please wait until the issue is resolved
This is happening for all versions of Profile in our office, 2022 and 2023
I am also having the same issue. It's becoming frustrating with profile not adapting to updates or having issues just simply saving PDF forms.
I have tested in 2022.5.5 a 2022 T2 print and it worked now today whereas it did not yesterday, when print set up for all return types is set to 'microsoft print to pdf'. Is the 2023.0.0 update that is just released going to cause print settings to be disrupted or is it safe to update or should we stay on 2022.5.5 ?

It works for me now! I have the most up to date version of profile and I have updated my PC with the latest update from Windows. All is well.
This worked early this morning and now for the past hour or so (1pm MST onward, the printing issue has returned, at least in the 2022 T2 returns. Any advice from Profile would be greatly appreciated.
Works fine for me as well 2:17 MST. T2 YE 2023 for client finally printed in pdf.

Sept 18, 2023 - This issue is happening again. Can someone please look into it?
I am finding the same.. issue not yet resolved. This issue was fixed briefly last week and then after about 5 hours of working, then stopped working again. I have tested on Friday and today just now at 2pm MST and still cannot print to PDF for 2022 T2.
I have tried updating Profile to the new version and that also does not work. Profile staff - any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!
There is an outstanding issue with T2 printing. It should be fixed in Update 2023.1.0 expected in mid-november
