Wrong SIN number on T4 return

If a SIN number is wrong on T4 return that has been filed already, what should I do?

Amend the SIN on that slip and file "Amended" return OR cancel that slip and create a new T4 with a correct SIN?

Wrong SIN number on T4 return

I would recommendto cancel the slip, however I would also recommend to call CRA in case another accountant handles  the same SIN ?
