Access ProAdvisor Academy to take training courses, earn certifications, submit Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, and manage your ProAdvisor badges.
Overview
The ProAdvisor Academy lets you advance your expertise and manage your professional achievements from your QuickBooks Online Accountant firm. Within the platform, you can enroll in courses, track your history, and manage your Credly profile.
Access ProAdvisor Academy
Start a course or take an exam to get certified in:
QuickBooks Online Accountant
In QuickBooks Online Accountant, select YOUR PRACTICE (Take me there).
Select ProAdvisor, then select Training.
Select Start learning.
You’ll automatically sign in to the ProAdvisor Academy in a new tab.
After you pass a certification, sign in to Credly to accept your badge. Use the same email address you used for your certification.
IAS
In IAS, select Firm hub (Take me there).
Select ProAdvisor, then select ProAdvisor training.
Select Start learning.
You’ll automatically sign in to the ProAdvisor Academy in a new tab.
After you pass a certification, sign in to Credly to accept your badge. Use the same email address you used for your certification.
Note:
If you see completed courses that you haven't taken yet, contact Intuit Accountant Support.
If you fail one or more sections of the exam, you must retake the entire exam.
ProAdvisor Academy
Use the following sections within the Academy to manage your training and certifications.
My Hub: Continue any certification enrollments you’ve started. A progress bar shows how many learning courses you’ve completed within an enrollment.
Programs: Enroll in Intuit Certification programs and level up as you go.
Learn: View an alphabetical list of all learning courses. Completing courses here doesn’t grant badges or certifications unless you’re enrolled in that certification program. ProAdvisor Academy grants your badges and certifications automatically, if you complete the Learn courses first and then enroll in the program.
My History: Download your certificates and badges, or share badges to social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, and X).
Resource Hub: Access the Intuit Accountant Suite Enablement Toolkit for rollout plans, guides, and videos to help your firm transition. To find it, select Resource Hub, then select Learn more under Intuit Accountant Suite.

Manage ProAdvisor points
A points system determines your ProAdvisor tier. You earn points for activities such as earning QuickBooks certifications or onboarding new clients.
If your certification expires, you lose the points earned when you became certified.
If you’re already certified, recertification doesn't add additional points.
View your firm's current points
Select YOUR PRACTICE (Take me there).
Select ProAdvisor, then select Benefits
Select History to see activities that impact your point total.
Submit CPE certificates
To receive credit for your Continuing Professional Education (CPE), you must submit your certificate to the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
