|Your web browser may block training courses and exams. Follow the instructions to allow the training course or exam to start.

|If the Training tab in QuickBooks Online Accountant doesn't load, it may mean the connection to the webpage is blocked. Add the ProAdvisor Training website (https://*.intuittrainingplatform.com) as a trusted site.
|Clear web browser cookies and cache
|Your browser saves files on your computer to load websites faster on your next visit. It gets outdated over time, which can cause issues. Make sure to clear your web browser’s cache and cookies from time to time.
