Fix bank error 377

Bank error 377 shows that QuickBooks is unable to download transactions from your financial institution. You can usually resolve this issue by updating the online connection between your bank and QuickBooks.

Update your online bank connection

Have the original user who set up the bank connection re-establish it. To do this, select Send a request in the error message. An email will be sent to them with a link allowing them to log back into QuickBooks Online.

  1. Go to All apps A bunch of numbers and letters on a tile wall., then Accounting, then Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Select the fix now link from the error message banner.
  3. Follow the steps to update the connection—when prompted, sign in to your bank account.
  4. Once connected, QuickBooks can download transactions again.
