If you have a need to cancel your QuickBooks Desktop subscription or service, we hate to see you go!
You can take care of this by logging in to CAMPS and selecting QuickBooks Desktop.

QuickBooks Customer Care Plans (Support Plans)
You have the option to cancel your QuickBooks Customer Care Protection Plan at any time.
Monthly or Quarterly (90-day) plan
The following conditions apply to monthly and quarterly plans:
- There's no fee to cancel.
- You'll continue to have access to your service through the end of your current subscription period.
- Your service will be terminated at the next auto-renew date.
- No refund is available for the current subscription period.
Once your service is canceled, you'll no longer be able to:
- Receive assisted support for issues and questions not covered by the Intuit QuickBooks Desktop & Point-of-Sale software support policies without paying an additional fee.
- Receive Data Recovery Services without an additional fee.
- Continue to use any other service included with your plan, such as Intuit Data Protect.
Annual Plan
You have the option to cancel your QuickBooks support plan with annual billing. However, it's important to understand that the support plan has specific terms and conditions.
Within the 60-day Money Back Guarantee:
This subscription has a 60 day money back guarantee. You'll only receive a full refund for your subscription if you cancel within 60 days from signup. Refunds will be processed to the credit card that we have on file for you.

After the 60-day Money Back Guarantee:
If your cancelation request is made after the 60-day Money Back Guarantee period:
- You won't receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
- You'll continue to have access to your service through the end of your current subscription period.
- Your service will be terminated at the next auto-renew date.
Once your service is canceled, you'll no longer be able to:
- Receive assisted support for issues and questions not covered by the Intuit QuickBooks Desktop & Point-of-Sale software support policies without paying an additional fee.
- Receive Data Recovery Services for no additional fee.
- Continue to use any other service included with your plan, such as Intuit Data Protect.
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Gold/Silver/Platinum subscriptions
You have the option to cancel your QuickBooks Enterprise Gold/Silver/Platinum subscription with Monthly billing. However, it's important to understand that the support plan has specific terms and conditions.
Note: You're eligible for a prorated refund when you upgrade your subscription. This means you can cancel your current subscription and get a prorated refund for the remaining months when you upgrade.

Monthly Plan
This subscription has a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. You'll only receive a full refund for your subscription if you cancel within 60 days from signup. Refunds will be processed to the credit card that we have on file for you.
If your cancelation request is made after the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee period:
- If you choose to cancel after the first 60 days and prior to the end of month 12 of your subscription, a termination fee equal to the amount of monthly payments left on your subscription should be paid. Example: If you have 3 months remaining on your subscription (which starts on the date of enrollment) a termination fee equal to the current monthly fee of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise multiplied by 3 months or the remaining months left on the subscription will be charged.
- You won't receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
- Receive assisted support for issues and questions not covered by the Intuit QuickBooks Desktop & Point-of-Sale software support policies without paying an additional fee.
- Receive Data Recovery Services for no additional fee.
- Continue to use any other service included with your plan, such as Intuit Data Protect.

Though you'll no longer have access to the software and all related services, you'll retain access to the company data file stored on your device, which can be reinstated to a readable QuickBooks Desktop format upon reactivation of your subscription or with the purchase of a license to the software.
QuickBooks Pro Plus subscription
You have the option to cancel your QuickBooks Pro Plus subscription at any time.
Note: You're eligible for a prorated refund when you upgrade your subscription. This means you can cancel your current subscription and get a prorated refund for the remaining months when you upgrade.
Monthly Plan
The following conditions apply to monthly and quarterly plans:
- There's no fee to cancel.
- You'll continue to have access to your service through the end of your current subscription period.
- Your service will be terminated at the next auto-renew date.
- No refund is available for the current subscription period.
Once your service is canceled, you'll no longer be able to:

- You'll lose your license to use the QuickBooks Desktop Software. Though you'll no longer have access to the software and all related services, you'll retain access to your company data file stored on your device, which can be reinstated to a readable QuickBooks Desktop format upon reactivation of your subscription or with the purchase of a license to the software.

Payroll subscriptions
You have the option to cancel your Payroll subscription at any time.
Monthly Plan
The following conditions apply to monthly plans:
- There's no fee to cancel.
- You'll continue to have access to your service through the end of your current subscription period.
- Your service will be terminated at the next auto-renew date.
- No refund is available for the current subscription period.
Once your service is canceled, you'll no longer be able to:
- Receive expert support for payroll-related issues and questions not covered by the Intuit QuickBooks Desktop & Point-of-Sale software support policies without paying an additional fee.
- Download payroll updates in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Process and print payroll tax forms.
- Continue to use other services included with your payroll subscription such as direct deposit, QuickBooks Workforce, E-file and E-pay.
Annual Plan
You have the option to cancel your QuickBooks Payroll subscription with annual billing, however, it's important to understand that the support plan has specific terms and conditions.

- Continue to use other services included with your payroll subscription such as direct deposit, QuickBooks Workforce, E-file and E-pay.
Intuit Data Protect, Field Service Management and other Connected Services
Intuit Data Protect
You have the option to cancel your Intuit Data Protect (IDP) subscription at any time.
The following conditions apply:
- No refund is available for the current subscription period
- You'll continue to have access to IDP through the end of your current subscription period.
- Your service will be terminated at the next auto-renew date.
- Your backed up files are maintained for 30 days following the termination of your IDP service.
Field Service Management
You have the option to cancel your Field Service Management subscription at any time.
The following conditions apply:
- No refund is available for the current subscription period.
- You'll continue to have access to your service through the end of your current subscription period.
- Your service will be terminated at the next auto-renew date.
Other Connected Services
QuickBooks ProAdvisor Deluxe/Premium
If you cancel your ProAdvisor Deluxe or Premium membership within 60 days of purchase, or within 60 days of your last annual renewal, you're entitled to a full refund. However, you may not be able to use some or all of the QuickBooks software you received through that membership if you refund it.
- If you purchased the membership 60 or less than 60 days ago, you won't be able to keep any of the QuickBooks software that you received from it.
- If you renewed the membership 60 or less than 60 days ago, you won't be able to keep any of the QuickBooks software you received from the membership since that last renewal. Any software from before that renewal will remain active and available for you to use, even after your membership is canceled.
If you're outside of the 60-day window, we can cancel your membership's auto-renew instead so that it doesn't bill you again. Next time your membership renews, it'll cancel itself instead. You won't lose any of your software when this happens. However, you'll no longer receive new versions of QuickBooks from your membership. You'll no longer be entitled to Desktop ProAdvisor benefits such as certifications and support as well.
