Find out what’s causing the error
The date or time on you computer is incorrect
You can reach out to your computer manufacturer, or their support site for help.
Sign out from QuickBooks Online, then sign in again.
Process the credit card payment again if needed.
The expiration date saved in the Customer Center doesn’t match what’s on the credit card
The credit card is expired or is no longer active
Check with your customer to make sure their credit card info is right, or get new card details. Then Process the credit card payment again if needed.
