Fix Error 350 in QuickBooks Online

SOLVEDby QuickBooks86Updated 20 hours ago

Learn how to resolve Error 350 in QuickBooks Online.

After you connect your bank and credit card accounts to online banking, QuickBooks automatically downloads your recent transactions. To keep everything up-to-date, always refresh the connection to your bank and credit card accounts.

Error 350 occurs when the connection to your bank and credit card account expires or gets updated by your bank. Some banks require you to reconnect every 90 days, while others only need updates every 18 months.

Reconnect your bank or credit card account

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Select the bank or credit card account you want to reconnect.
  3. Select Edit ✎, then select Edit sign in info.
  4. Make sure of  the user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website. Re-enter your bank info if needed.
  5. Select Save and connect.
Note: You’ll see a Connection Complete and transactions updated! prompt if you reconnect successfully.
  6. Select Close X.
