Fix Error 350

QuickBooks Online transactions download automatically when you connect your bank and credit card accounts to online banking, Error 350 happens if the connection to your bank or credit card account expires or gets updated. Depending on your bank, you may need to reconnect every 90 days or every 18 months.

Reconnect your bank or credit card account
Refresh your bank and credit card account connections to keep your data current and resolve Error 350.
Have the original user who set up the bank connection re-establish it. To do this, select Send a request in the error message. An email will be sent to them with a link allowing them to log back into QuickBooks Online.
- Go to All apps
, then Accounting, then Bank transactions (Take me there). - Select the bank or credit card account you want to reconnect.
- Look for the error message and select fix now.
- Confirm the user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website. Re-enter your bank info if needed.
- Select Save and connect.
Note: You’ll see a Connection Complete and transactions updated! prompt if you reconnect successfully. - Select Close X.
If the issue persists, sign in to QuickBooks using an incognito or private browser, or try other browser troubleshooting options.
