Fix Error 350 in QuickBooks Online

Learn how to resolve Error 350 in QuickBooks Online.

After you connect your bank and credit card accounts to online banking, QuickBooks automatically downloads your recent transactions.

Error 350 happens when the connection to your bank or credit card account expires or gets updated by your bank. Some banks require you to reconnect every 90 days, while others only need updates every 18 months.

Reconnect your bank or credit card account

To keep everything up-to-date and resolve the error, refresh the connection to your bank and credit card accounts.

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Select the bank or credit card account you want to reconnect.
  3. Select Edit Image of the edit icon., then select Edit sign in info.
  4. Confirm the user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website. Re-enter your bank info if needed.
  5. Select Save and connect.
    Note: You’ll see a Connection Complete and transactions updated! prompt if you reconnect successfully.
  6. Select Close X.

If the issue persists, sign in to QuickBooks using an incognito or private browser, or try other browser troubleshooting options.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Transactions.
  3. Select the Link account ▼ dropdown, then select  Manage connections.
  4. For the bank account you want to reconnect, select More options ፧, then choose Edit sign-in info.
  5. Confirm the user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website. Re-enter your bank info if needed.
  6. Select Save and connect.
    Note: You’ll see Connection Complete and transactions updated! after you reconnect successfully.
  7. Select Close X.
