Run reports from the Customer Center  in QuickBooks for Mac

Learn how to access customer specific reports from the Customer Center.

You can quickly access reports filtered for a selected customer from the Customer Center..

How to use Customer Center Report Quick Links

1. Open your company file
2. Go to Customers and select Customer Center.
3. Select the customer or customer:job you want to run a report on.
4. Select  Action .
5. Select the report you want to run:
   1. Job Profitability Detail (new in 2024 R6)
   2. Estimates vs. Actuals Detail (new in 2024 R6)
   3. QuickReport
   4. Open Balance

The report will open and be automatically filtered to show data for the selected customer.
