Do you accept voice authorizations for credit card payments in QuickBooks Point of Sale? You may see a warning about unprocessed voice authorization transactions when you close the program.

If you see this message, select Authorize Now. This approves the voice authorization transactions.

However, if you see a "Voice authorizations failed" error message, don't worry. Here's how to fix voice authorization errors so you can close QuickBooks.

Solution 1: Update your point of sale system

All you need to do is follow the steps to update QuickBooks Point of Sale to the latest release.
