Connect or Disconnect AddEvent Calendar Links
by Intuit• Updated 4 weeks ago
Use the AddEvent Calendar Links app to boost attendance, increase conversions, and keep your audience in the know about upcoming events. Connect your AddEvent account to Mailchimp to generate add-to-calendar links in your marketing emails.
In this article, you’ll learn how to connect and disconnect the AddEvent Calendar Links app.
Before you start
Here are some things to know before you begin this process.
- You'll need an AddEvent account. If you don’t have an account, you’ll be able to create one.
- Any changes made to an event within the AddEvent platform will be updated automatically in your email.
- You must be using the new email builder to use this app. For more information about the new builder, check out Design an Email with the New Builder.
How it works
After you begin the connection process, you’ll need to sign in to your AddEvent account and authorize Mailchimp’s access to it. When your accounts are connected, choose which existing events and calendars to share with your audience.
