Here's how to fix a blank page error while you update Chase connections:

  1. In a private window or incognito browser, go to the Chase Bank website.
  2. Sign it to your account.
  3. Select Agree to the terms and conditions prompt.
    Note: If the prompt doesn't appear, contact Chase Bank.
  4. Return to your QuickBooks Online account and update your Chase connection.
  1. Go to Transactions. Then, select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the bank account you want to update. Then, select Update.

If you see a blank page while you update Chase's connection using Chrome, clear your cache and cookies. Then, try to connect your Chase to your QuickBooks Online account again.

If it doesn't work, here's what you can do:

  1. On your browser address bar, enter chrome://settings/content/all.
  2. In the Search field, enter Chase.
  3. Select Delete displayed data. Then, select Delete.
  4. Close all open Chrome tabs.
  5. Follow the initial steps from 1-4 then sign in to Chase and QuickBooks Online.

If you see a blank page while you update Chase's connection using Safari, clear your cache and cookies. Then, try to connect your Chase to your QuickBooks Online account again.

If it doesn't work, here's what you can do:

  1. Go to Safari.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Select Privacy.
  4. Select Manage Website Data.
  5. In the Search field, enter Chase.
  6. Select Remove All. Then, select Remove Now.
  7. Select Done.
  8. Close all Safari tabs.
  9. Follow the initial steps from 1-4 then sign in to Chase and QuickBooks Online.
