Here's how to fix a blank page error while you update Chase connections:

1. In a private window or incognito browser, go to the Chase Bank website.
2. Sign it to your account.
3. Select Agree to the terms and conditions prompt.
   Note: If the prompt doesn't appear, contact Chase Bank.
4. Return to your QuickBooks Online account and update your Chase connection.

Update your bank connection

1. Go to Transactions. Then, select Bank transactions.
2. Select the bank account you want to update. Then, select Update.
