Fix issues when deactivating bank feeds

Find out what to do when you can’t deactivate your bank account’s online services in QuickBooks Desktop.
When you deactivate bank feeds for an account, the lightning bolt (Windows) or blue circle (Mac) disappears beside the bank account's name in the Chart of Accounts. If you can still see it, this means the bank feeds is still active for the account.
Important: Before you proceed with the following solutions, make sure to create a backup of your Windows or Mac company files.
Solution 1: Re-sort your lists
Re-sort your list to make the accounts go back to their default order and undo changes you made. This can often repair issues in your list that prevents you from deactivating bank feeds.
