Review and update bank transactions in the app

Learn how to review and post bank transactions using the QuickBooks mobile app.

Update and post any changes to your bank transactions from your mobile device. This helps you save time while keeping your records accurate and up to date wherever you are. Here’s how.

Review transactions that are ready to post from the Intuit Assist suggestions.

1. From your mobile landing page, tap Transactions.
2. Tap the Intuit Assist that says ready to post. You’ll see all transactions that aren’t posted yet. 
3. Select the transaction and review the details.
   Note: To make changes to a transaction, select the checkbox for the transaction and tap Modify. 
4. Once you’ve checked the transaction details, select the checkbox of the transactions you have reviewed and tap Post.
5. Tap Done.
