Learn how to use dashboards in QuickBooks Online Advanced and Intuit Enterprise Suite.
Dashboards show key business info like sales, profit, and cash flow. They use visuals like charts, graphs, and summaries. This helps you check your business at a glance without the need for several reports.
Note: If you use Intuit Enterprise Suite, you can:
- Customize key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
- Combine info from several companies.
Create a dashboard
Create a dashboard from scratch to show and track your key business info.
- Go to Reports
, then Dashboards (Take me there). - If you use Intuit Enterprise Suite, go to the Company name â–Ľ dropdown.
- In the Search
field, enter the company name you want to create a dashboard for. Then, select the company name. - Select Consolidated View to see the combined data from all companies.
- Select Create dashboard.
- Select the pencil
icon, then enter a name for your dashboard. - Select Save or Save and close. The new dashboard appears on your company’s Dashboards page.
