Set up an Intuit Enterprise Suite sandbox account

Explore Intuit Enterprise Suite using a sandbox account with your own company file. Know the requirements, gain access and set up your own personalized sandbox.
Requirements
Meet the following requirements to use the sandbox account:
- Request a sandbox from our Intuit Enterprise Suite sales team.
- Confirm with your sales account manager that your Intuit Enterprise Suite Sandbox account is ready.
- Receive an email stating that your Intuit Enterprise Suite sandbox environment is ready.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Desktop company file as an Admin or Accountant.
Create an Intuit Enterprise Suite sandbox account
Access your demo from QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to the Intuit Enterprise Suite menu, then select Initiate upgrade process.
- Sign in using the credentials you set up for your sandbox account.
Note: You will see a screen listing your Primary company file and your linked account. - Select a company file from the QuickBooks Desktop Company â–Ľ dropdown, then select Load my data.
Note: This may take a few minutes. Stay on this page until it’s complete.
After the initial upload, we'll perform a detailed data load in the background. You can close your QuickBooks Desktop at this point. - You’ll receive an email with the subject line: "Your Intuit Enterprise Suite sandbox is ready to use with your QuickBooks Desktop data" This email will contain a direct sign in link to your personalized sandbox. Select it and sign in.
Tip: You can also access this when you select the open an empty sandbox option. You can repeat the same process for your linked account.
Important:Â
- This sandbox account is available for a 30-day period. At the end of this period, Intuit will terminate the account.
- This sandbox account is for feature testing and training purposes only and may not be used commercially.
- Changes you make in the sandbox won’t affect your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
- Customer payroll, payment, and credit information won't be available in the sandbox.
