Exclude bank transactions in QuickBooks Solopreneur

Learn how to exclude transactions, and how to undo an exclusion, in QuickBooks Solopreneur.
After you connect your bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks Solopreneur can bring in your business and personal transactions. There may be times that you want to exclude a transaction from bookkeeping, we’ll show you how.
Note: Transactions can be excluded, but not deleted.
Exclude transactions
- Go to Transactions.
- Find the transaction you want to exclude, then select the Edit icon.
- Select Exclude.
Undo a transaction exclusion
- Go to Transactions.
- Go to the table filter and select Show excluded.
- Find the excluded transaction, then select Undo exclude.
