Mailchimp Support Options

If you have questions or run into technical issues while using Mailchimp, you can access our help articles for self-guided instructions and troubleshooting tips. We provide additional support via email, chat, or phone depending on your pricing plan. If you’re new to Mailchimp and you prefer specialized help, a plan with access to our onboarding services may be a good fit for you.

View your support options
Your pricing plan determines the support options available to you. For more information about pricing and plan options, check out our pricing page.
Access to the Mailchimp Assistant chatbot is included with all plans. Access to Technical Support via chat or email is included with the Essentials plan or higher. Access to our dedicated Premium support team via chat, email, and phone support is included with the Premium plan. During a chat or phone support interaction, our experts can initiate a screen share via the Glance app.
Mailchimp’s personalized onboarding services are available with a Standard plan or higher. With personalized onboarding, you’ll have access to a specialist who'll meet with you 1:1 during your first 90 days to help you start your Mailchimp journey with confidence. Some teams, such as Billing and Compliance, are available through email only.

To access help articles from your account, follow these steps.
- Click the Help icon.
- Click Help & Support.
- In the search bar, enter keywords to search for related articles, then click the Search icon or press enter.
How to contact technical support
To get technical support, log in to your account to access chat, send us an email, set up a phone call, or receive self-paced guidance. When you log in, we’re able to personalize your support experience.
To contact our Support team from your account, follow these steps.
- After you've logged in, click the Help icon.
- Click Mailchimp Assistant for self-paced guidance in a chat format, or Help & Support for more options.
- In the Help & Support panel, click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of what you need help with and click Continue.
- Choose to contact us through email, chat, or phone call. Your pricing plan determines the support options available to you.
If you're logged in but you don't see the Email us or Chat With Us buttons, that means your account doesn't include access to our support options.
