Mailchimp provides services in multiple languages. Browse our website and Help Center, connect with our support team, or hire an expert in the language you’re most comfortable with. Translation tools also help translate your content to reach your audience in their preferred language.

Change language preferences

Most pages on Mailchimp’s website and Help Center are available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Italian. For many features, Mailchimp automatically displays your preferred language based on your browser settings.

You can also manually change the displayed language in your Mailchimp account by clicking your profile icon, clicking the default language, then clicking your preferred language.

Language options and settings vary for our additional services and content.

SMS Marketing applications don’t automatically translate based on browser settings, and they require you to manually change the displayed language in your Mailchimp account.

Video tutorials

Mailchimp’s video tutorials have closed captions in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and German.

Video tutorials are found within many of our tutorial articles. To select a closed caption language, click the Closed Captions (CC) icon and select your preferred language from the drop-down.

Our YouTube channel also has tutorials, webinars, and other video content available in a variety of languages.

Mobile app

Mailchimp’s mobile application is available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Italian.

The mobile application will automatically display your preferred language based on your phone’s language settings. If your phone settings don’t match an available translation, the application will default to English.

Product support

Mailchimp has Product Support Representatives that provide technical assistance via chat and email in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Italian. If a representative isn’t available for your preferred language, our entire Support team has access to translation software to provide assistance in most languages.

Mailchimp Assistant, our AI-powered chatbot, is also available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Italian.
