Integrate older versions of QuickBooks Desktop with QuickBooks Time

Learn how to integrate older versions of QuickBooks Desktop with QuickBooks Time.

Direct integration of QuickBooks Time & QuickBooks Desktop 2022 will be discontinued after May 31, 2025.

You can continue to sync your QuickBooks Time data with QuickBooks desktop by 

  • Upgrading to the latest version of QuickBooks Desktop or

  • Connecting with the Web Connector.

Option 1 Upgrade (recommended)

To upgrade your version of QuickBooks Desktop, contact us at 800-766-8890. Upgrading means nothing will change with your QuickBooks Time integration.

Option 2

If you choose to continue using QuickBooks Desktop 2022, you can re-integrate with QuickBooks Time using the Web Connector.

First, remove your current integration:

  • In QuickBooks Time, go to Feature Add-ons then select Manage Add-ons.

  • In the Installed section, find QuickBooks Desktop for Windows.

  • Select Uninstall.

Then, install and set up the web connector integration.
