Unable to connect an app from the QuickBooks Online app store
by Intuit• Updated 7 months ago
Learn what to do if you are trying to connect a third-party app from the QuickBooks Online app store and you get this message:
This app no longer meets our guidelines and standards. It’s no longer available and you can’t connect to it. Reach out to the app developer for support. |
We want to make sure you are connecting with apps that meet the standards for our platform. Until the developer provides required information about their app, you won’t be able to connect to it.
Because these are third-party apps, you'll need to work with the app developer to learn if they're actively working to provide the required information for the app, and to ask when you can expect to connect with it again.
If you're an app developer, check out our publishing requirements and guidelines as part of Intuit's Developer Terms of Service, as well as our App assessment and compliance FAQ.
