The QuickBooks mobile app allows you to stay connected to your business and keep your books updated even if you are away from your computer.
Install the app
Follow these steps to download the QuickBooks mobile app and access your company file.
Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for "QuickBooks Accounting".
- Tap Free, then tap Install.
- Sign in to the app using your QuickBooks Online company credentials.
- Select the QuickBooks Online company file you want to access.
Result: The app is installed and linked to your company file, allowing you to work from your mobile device.
Get help in the app
If you have other questions, you can find answers directly in the mobile app.
- Select the Menu icon.
- Select Help to find our Frequently Asked Questions.
