Keyboard shortcuts in QuickBooks Desktop

You can use keyboard shortcuts to do all kinds of things in QuickBooks Desktop. Instead of using the menus, you can create invoices and move between windows with just a few keystrokes.
You can use keyboard shortcuts to perform tasks more efficiently in QuickBooks Desktop for Windows and Mac. Instead of using menus, these keystrokes help you create invoices, navigate between windows, and manage data fields quickly.
Some forms and buttons in QuickBooks contain underlined letters that serve as shortcut labels. To use these shortcuts, hold the Alt key and press the corresponding underlined letter.Â
Navigate around QuickBooks
You can navigate around QuickBooks Desktop using F keys and CTRL combinations
