Learn how to add or change your state account number in Intuit QuickBooks Workforce and QuickBooks Desktop Payroll after you’ve started running payroll.
We need your state account numbers if you want us to pay and file your payroll taxes and forms for you, or if you want to use e-file and e-pay in Intuit QuickBooks Workforce or QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. We’ll show you how to add them if you weren’t able to during your initial payroll setup.
