Sign in to your QuickBooks Time account and select the Find answers and get help 2020-01-07_14-47-50.png icon.

Community

QuickBooks Time support agents are standing by in the QuickBooks community to answer your questions. You can access the community directly or navigate to it using the in-app help panel:

  1. In the QuickBooks Time web app, click the Find answers and get help 2020-01-07_14-47-50.png icon to open the help panel.
  2. Select Post a Question to open a new window with a form to ask your support question in the community.

QuickBooks Time Computer App

  1. For help options, select Find answers and get help 2020-01-07_14-47-50.png.
  2. Search existing product help articles.
  3. If you can't find an answer to your question, select Post a Question to receive support in the community, or Chat Now to reach QuickBooks Time chat support.

QuickBooks Time Mobile Apps

  1. On your Android or iOS, if you have not already, sign into your QuickBooks Time account.
  2. Tap Settings or More, then Settings.
  3. Tap Help & Support, then choose one of the help options.
