by Intuit•8386• Updated 2 weeks ago
The all-in-one integrated platform experience helps you manage your books and all of your tools and services. When everything is in one place, it's easier to find things, use them better, and do what you need to do faster.
If you're an existing QuickBooks customer, see what features have moved or changed in the enhanced Intuit Platform.
Optimized navigation
You'll notice some things look different, but the basics you know and love aren’t changing.
One of the first things you see is the app carousel. Features like Expenses and Inventory are now called Intuit apps and there's an app for every job. These features are no longer within a menu, instead you can access them quickly in the app carousel and sidebar.
Here’s where you can locate some of your favorite features:
- We’ve added Create actions so that your team can quickly find and enter the transactions you need. Customize it with the transactions you most often use.
- Transactions are split between Sales transactions and Expense transactions.
- View invoices, sales receipts, estimates and other money coming into your business from Sales & Get Paid.
- View bills, bill payments, purchase orders, and other expenses from Expenses & Bills.
- Bookmarks, used for quick access to your favorite pages, are still displayed prominently on the sidebar. Hover over the icon to quickly display, then select your bookmark.Â
- Search for transactions, contacts, reports, help and more is our global search feature on the homepage. Use it to find any page within the Intuit Platform, including help content.
- Bank transactions is the first option under Accounting. Access your bank accounts, registers, reconcile option, and even your chart of accounts.Â
- Reports are still featured prominently on the sidebar. Hover over the icon to quickly display and select options like Standard reports, Custom reports, and Financial planning.
Business Feed
Our biggest improvement is the Business Feed, which you can access from your Dashboard or by selecting Feed from the sidebar.
Your Business Feed shows important notifications and a summary of personalized and actionable suggestions. Under your guidance, AI agents help automate much of your business.
Your agents help boost productivity and maintain oversight by also providing suggestions for future actions such as:
- Generate and work leads: Your Customer Hub uses smart automation to find leads and assist with follow-up, helping expand your business.
- Streamline cash flow: Intuit Assist auto-categorizes expenses and creates invoices and estimates. It also flags overdue invoices and drafts customer reminders.
- Get paid faster: Your Payments Agent uses payment history to suggest better payment settings and communications.
- Start a new project: Your Project Management Agent helps you set up a new project and uses ‌company and industry data to come up with the best profit margin goal.
- Improve financial management and planning: Your Finance Agent provides insights into business finances, key highlights, and detailed breakdowns of your financial data.
Explore a more powerful QuickBooks and keep your books in top shape. Manage your money, payments, and customer relationships using Intuit apps—all from the Business Feed.
