If QuickBooks won't respond or you get an error that says it stopped working, follow these steps.

Tip: If you select your QuickBooks Desktop icon multiple times, sometimes, it won't open. Allow QuickBooks enough time to load before you continue.

  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
