Add leads in the QuickBooks mobile app

Learn how to add leads in the QuickBooks mobile app.

Get lead suggestions with the help of Customer Agent. Confirm and manually add potential opportunities.

Connect to Gmail

Connect your QuickBooks to your Gmail account to get lead suggestions with Customer Agent.

  1. Tap the Menu 𓃑 icon, then tap Customer Hub.
  2. Tap Connect Gmail.
  3. Tap Sign in to Gmail then tap Continue.
  4. Tap Continue.

Confirm leads

Confirm leads suggested by Customer Agent.

  1. Tap the Menu 𓃑 icon, then tap Customer Hub.
  2. In the Leads tab, tap Confirm leads.
  3. Tap Review all.
  4. Tap Add to leads to confirm the lead or tap Not a lead.
  5. Compose an email for your chosen lead then tap Send. You can repeat steps 4 and 5 for each lead Customer Agent has suggested.

Add leads

Manually add leads.

  1. Tap the Menu 𓃑 icon, then tap Customer Hub.
  2. Tap the + icon.
  3. Tap Opportunity.
  4. Tap the Lead or Customer dropdown, then select a lead or customer from the list. 
  5. Enter the info, then tap Save.
