QuickBooks Checking is a monthly fee-free checking account where all your customer payments get deposited. Use your QuickBooks Checking account to get access to customer payments real-time.

Note: To use your QuickBooks Checking account, you need a QuickBooks Payments account. If you don't have one, your application includes a bundled review for QuickBooks Payments, Intuit QuickBooks Workforce or QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, and the QuickBooks B2B Network.

Only primary or company admins can sign up for QuickBooks Checking and QuickBooks Payments. If you already set up QuickBooks Payments , the application defaults to the primary principal. The person we approve is the only user who can move money; other admins have read-only access to view balances.

We need to collect info on beneficial owners (anyone with 25% or more ownership). You need to complete this within 30 days of signing up, or we'll close your account.

QuickBooks Checking is a business bank account, so we verify your identity and business type based on our Acceptable Use Policy.

Important: If we decline your application, the option to resubmit generally isn't available for that specific account. If this happens, you can keep using your QuickBooks Payments account with an external bank account for your deposits.

There are no monthly fees or minimum deposit requirements.
