Learn how to manage leads in QuickBooks mobile app. See your business opportunities and updates on customer inquiries when you manage your leads. This helps you efficiently grow your business.
Leads list
Know more about your leads. Maximize your business opportunities.
Open leads: Show information about customer leads, lead estimates, and lead status.
Open estimates: Show the number of estimates and estimates accepted.
Open invoices: Show the number of invoices and invoice status.
View your leads and opportunities
Here’s how to view your leads and opportunities:
Tap Menu 𓃑, then Customer Hub.
Tap Leads.
Tap the lead that indicates “opportunities”.
Tap the Opportunities tab.
Create notes
You can speak into the phone which AI (artificial intelligence) will capture and summarize as a new note on your lead. Here’s how to create your notes:
Tap Menu 𓃑, then Customer Hub.
Tap +, then Note.
Tap the opportunity you want to create a note for.
Tap the mic icon to start recording your notes.
