Learn how to email paid transaction details using QuickBooks GoPayment

With QuickBooks GoPayment on the QuickBooks Online app, you can quickly send an email with payment information including the type of credit card used, the last four digits of the credit card number, and the transaction authorization number. In this article, we'll show you how to send an email that contains this information.

Note: Sales Receipt emails include a PDF of the transaction, but the PDF doesn't contain the QuickBooks GoPayment transaction details.

Email paid transaction details

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Sales Receipts or Invoice Payments.
  2. Select the sales receipt or invoice payment you want to email.
  3. Select the Action menu, and choose Email.
  4. Review the message and edit it if necessary.
  5. Select Send.
