Use Social Content Blocks in the New Builder

Use Social blocks to add icons to your email that link to your social media accounts. This way, your recipients can quickly find and follow you on different platforms. After you add a Social block, choose which platforms to include and style your icons.
In this article, you’ll learn how to use Social content blocks in the new email builder.

Use Social content blocks to your email
To use a Social content block, follow these steps.
- Click a Social block, or click and drag a Social block into your layout from the side panel. We automatically include Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Add the URLs to your social network accounts.
- In the Social menu, click the drop-down to replace a social network. Use the drag icon to change the order.
- Click Add another social link to add another social network.
- Click the Display drop-down to select Icon only, Icon & Text, or Text only. Depending on your choice, you’ll have options for icon style, size, alignment, and layout.

Use Icon Style for background options. Choose the Size, Alignment, and a horizontal or vertical Layout. - Icon & Text
Use Icon Style for icon background options. Choose the Size, Alignment, and Layout options for how text is displayed in horizontal and vertical layouts. - Text only
Choose the Alignment and a horizontal or vertical Layout for your text.
- Icon only
- Move the Spacing slider to adjust the space in pixels.
- In the Padding section, enter a value or use the up and down arrows to adjust the padding for each side. Check the Apply to all sides box to apply the padding equally.
- In the Border section, use the drop-down arrow to choose your border style. Your options are None, Solid, Dashed, Dotted, Double, Inset, Outset, Groove, or Ridge. Enter a value or use the up and down arrows to set your border width in pixels. Click the color circle to change the color of your border.
Enable dynamic content
You can turn any content block into dynamic content that displays different content to recipients based on conditions you set. This helps target different types of contacts at the same time with a single email.
