Previously, edits to QuickBooks Online weekly timesheets and single-time activities didn’t sync with QuickBooks Time. This caused a mismatch of hours depending on where you looked.

Going forward, past and future edits you make in QuickBooks weekly timesheets will automatically sync with QuickBooks Time timesheets, and vice-versa.

You can view your timesheet edit history in QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Time.

In QuickBooks Online

  1. Go to All apps A bunch of numbers and letters on a tile wall., then Time, then Time entries (Take me there).

  2. Select the date range for the timesheets.

  3. Select the team member’s name you want to review.

  4. Select Expand menu Dropdown arrow icon., then select View timesheet history.

  5. Look for any changes made by systemmerge.

In QuickBooks Time

View edits merged on a single timesheet.

  1. Go to Time entries.

  2. Select View log view logon the timesheet you want to review.

  3. Look for any changes made by systemmerge.

  2. Select All time to view all of the merge changes or select a specific week.

  3. Select Download CSV.
