You can easily print a vendor contact list in QuickBooks Online.

A lightbulb icon With QuickBooks Online Advanced, you can create your own reports using Custom Report Builder.

Here's how to print a vendor contact list:

  1. Go to Reports Icon image of the Reports menu., then Standard reports (Take me there).

  2. In the "Find report by name" search bar, enter Vendor Contact List.

  3. Select the Print icon under the Toolbar after the list comes up.

Now you’re able to print a vendor contact list.
