Depending on the situation, your instant deposit may be unsuccessful, pending, or the amount of the instant deposit may change. Below are a few situations that might come up and how to quickly solve them.
How to verify your instant deposit
If you need to verify the instant deposit was successful, you can check your email or bank account within 30 minutes of processing.
How to see your available balance
To see your available balance you’ll select Sales, then select Deposits.
If there’s a change in the available balance, it is likely due to another user being logged in to QuickBooks Online and processing payments at the same time.
How to void an instant deposit transaction
Transactions included in an instant deposit are no longer subject to being voided because they have been batched and deposited to the account associated with your debit card.
To return the funds to your customer, you will need to process a refund. The normal fees will apply to all instantly funded transactions that are refunded.
