Learn how you can send your invoices in a different language in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online multilingual invoicing can help translate your invoices into different languages. Set the language your customers prefer. When you send them an invoice, QuickBooks automatically translates it into the language you selected.
Note: QuickBooks doesn’t translate custom text like the email body, products or services.
Set your customer's language preference
- Go to Sales, then select Customers (Take me there).
- Select the name of the customer you want to send a translated invoice to.
- Select Edit, then look for the Payments section.
- From the Language to use when you send invoices dropdown, select which one you want to use. These are the languages you can choose from:
- English
- French
- Spanish
- Italian
- Chinese (Traditional)
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Select Save.
