If you can't sign in to QuickBooks Payments, you can use the I forgot my user ID or Password link to recover your account. Enter the email address or phone number linked to your QuickBooks Payments account.
If you still can't sign in to your account, don't worry. Here's how to get back into your account.
Solution 1: Use your Intuit user ID
When you first sign up for QuickBooks products, you create an Intuit user account. It should be linked to your QuickBooks Payments account.
Try to sign in to QuickBooks Payments with your Intuit user account and password.
If you still can't sign in, move on to solution 2.
Solution 2: Submit an email address change request
