The QuickBooks Payroll Account Maintenance Page lets you update the following information in QuickBooks Desktop:
For Basic, Standard and Enhanced Payroll
- Direct Deposit Bank Account
- Credit Card Information
- Payroll Administrator/Contact Email Address Change
- Add an EIN to Existing Basic, Standard or Enhanced Payroll Subscription
For Assisted Payroll
- You have an active payroll subscription and access to QuickBooks Desktop installed on a computer with an Internet connection.
- You have already entered the payroll service key in your QuickBooks Desktop to activate the payroll subscription.
To update your payroll service account information:
- Select Employees > My Payroll Service > Account/Billing Information OR Account Info/Preferences.
- Sign in using your Intuit Account login.
- Select the information you need to update.
