Access QuickBooks Online Payroll
Go to https://qbo.intuit.com to sign in to your account.
Find your payroll subscription
QuickBooks Online Payroll has 3 services: Core, Premium, and Elite.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Payroll as a Primary admin.
- Go to Settings ⚙, then Subscriptions and billing.

In QuickBooks Desktop Payroll
Access QuickBooks Desktop Payroll
Access your QuickBooks Desktop Payroll by clicking on the QuickBooks icon on your computer.
Find your payroll subscription
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Desktop company file as the Primary Admin or Payroll Admin.
- Select Employees, then Payroll Center.
- From the Payroll tab, you’ll see which payroll service you’re using under Subscription Statuses.
