Find your Intuit QuickBooks Workforce or QuickBooks Desktop Payroll service

Here's how to check which payroll products and services you have.

Prerequisites

To find your payroll service, you need to be signed in to QuickBooks Online as the Primary admin. For QuickBooks Desktop you must be signed in as the Primary Admin or Payroll Admin. Make sure you're in the right role to see the right screens.

Intuit QuickBooks Workforce

Find your payroll subscription

Intuit QuickBooks Workforce has 3 services: Core, Premium, and Elite. To see what you have, you’ll need to get into your QuickBooks Online account.

  1. Go to https://qbo.intuit.com to sign in to your account as the Primary admin.
  2. Go to Settings âš™, then Subscriptions and billing.

QuickBooks Desktop Payroll

Find your payroll subscription

  1. Access your QuickBooks Desktop Payroll by clicking on the QuickBooks icon  on your computer.
  2. Sign in to your QuickBooks Desktop company file as the Primary Admin or Payroll Admin. 
  3. Select Employees, then Payroll Center. 
  4. From the Payroll tab, you’ll see which payroll service you’re using under Subscription Statuses.
