Update or renew your subscription

Learn how to update or renew your subscription for QuickBooks Desktop.

Did you get a Payroll subscription alert? Or an alert in your Payment center? The Intuit Payroll Services for QuickBooks Desktop (Basic, Standard, or Enhanced) are subscriptions that renew automatically. Upon renewal for each subscription term, the credit card or bank account on file is debited, and an invoice notification is emailed to the billing contact.

If the automatic renewal isn't successful, or the credit card or bank account on file is outdated, you may get subscription alerts in QuickBooks.
Select the type of alert you get in QuickBooks, and follow the steps required.

If you see this alert, update your billing information.
