View and print payroll reports

Learn how to view and print commonly used reports in your online payroll account.

You can easily run and print payroll reports in your payroll account anytime. This helps you keep track of your payroll details and history, especially on year ends.

Reports in Intuit Online Payroll

Below are the payroll reports available in Intuit Online Payroll, and here's how you pull a report up:

  1. Go to Reports and select the report you want to run.
  2. You can filter the report by date range, employee, or work location.
  3. Select Update Report.

Export and print:

  • You have the option to export the report in an excel file and print it. Just select View in Excel at the bottom.
  • If you choose to print the same view as you have in your online payroll, select Printer-Friendly Version at the bottom.

It contains the summary of payroll by paycheck date.
This report gives you a detailed info of your employee's payroll.
It shows you the total amount of each deductions and contributions you and your employees have.
In this report, you can view the last paycheck that you created for an employee.
If you need a snapshot of each employee, this is the perfect report to view.
View this report if you need the contact information of your employees.
This report is a summary of contractor payments. Check this report to verify if it matches your 1099 MISC forms.
Contains details of each contractor's setup.
This report lets you print or export checks. You can also modify the check numbers here.
All taxes withheld, paid, and owed for the selected period are in this report.
It contains the total wages, excess wages, and taxable wages by tax type.
It shows the total pay of each employee by pay type.
It shows all payroll tax payments you have made.
It displays wages paid by class. You can calculate state or private workers' compensation premiums with this information.
It contains Employees' used and available vacation and sick pay hours.

Reports in Intuit Online Payroll Full Service

Below are the payroll reports available in Intuit Online Payroll Full Service, and here's how you pull a report up:

  1. Go to Reports and select the report you want to run.
  2. You can filter the report by date range, employee, work location, or class.
  3. Select Run Report.

Export and print:

  • You have the option to export the reports to an excel file and print it. Just select Export To Excel in the upper right.
  • If you choose to print it the same view as you have in your online payroll, select Printer-Friendly Version in the upper right.
