Talk about your business
Hi David!
Sorry for the late reply, still new to how the community site works and only just now seeing your response. Thank you for your words, I am both excited and nervous about this new endeavor but plan to work at it until it is successful.
I branched out due to the time constraints of my current job. I do a lot of "behind-the-scenes" work at the firm and interaction with clients is pretty minimal. In addition to that, I felt like with the number of clients I was providing services for that I couldn't give each business the attention they deserve. I branched out on my own to provide personable and affordable bookkeeping and tax payment services to small businesses to help them grow! I have been told often that I was far too outgoing and friendly to be an accountant, I'd like to show people that accountants are there for more than just a reconciliation, tax payment, and return. We are here to help your business become the best it can be!
While I am initially contacting local businesses I am absolutely open to virtual bookkeeping. Some industries I'm staying away from due to not enjoying the bookkeeping and tax payments as much (looking at you truck drivers, God bless you) but want to keep the focus on smaller businesses.
I haven't dove into the resources yet but will be soon! Thank you again David for reaching out to me, I appreciate it more than you know. Have a wonderful week.
