Congratulations on your ProAdvisor Certification, jesliuyang.

I'm here to share some information about the QuickBooks Certified User (QBCU) exam.

QBCU exam is performance-based and designed to measure professional competency in the real-world use and application of QuickBooks software.

The $149 is the cost to take this exam plus the proctoring fee at the testing center of your choice. Generally. the duration of each exam (QBO and QBDT) will take 50 minutes.

In the event that a student didn't pass the exam for the first time, they must wait a minimum of 24 hours before retaking the exam.  If they're still unable to achieve a passing score the second time, the candidate must wait 5 days (120 hours) before they can take the exam again.

Additionally, there is no annual limit regarding the number of attempts a student can take. Please know that this exam is mainly hosted by Certiport. To ensure that you'll get accurate answers for the rest of your questions, I'd recommend directly contacting Certiport representatives.

Lastly, if you need some references in preparing for this exam, you can always check our Community articles and tutorials here.

Feel free to tag my name in your comments if you have any other concerns or QuickBooks-related questions. I'll always have your back.
