Your QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Community account are two different QuickBooks platforms even if the login credentials for both accounts are the same.
However, you can change the username for your Community account if you'd want it to be uniform. Here's how:
- Click on your profile image.
- Select My settings.
- Go to the PERSONAL PROFILE tab, then Login.
- Enter the Login name you want.
- Press Change login.
